Medical Transcription Services

We offer Medical transcription services at competitive prices to primary care centres and hospitals, as well as individual clients.We have experience in all specialties, and conform to the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT) Quality standards.We perform transcription for all types of outpatient and inpatient work. This includes clinic letters and discharge summaries.

Conversion of existing medical records to electronic format
We are able to convert all existing medical records to MS Word format.
This enables hospitals and practices to liberate office and storage space thereby reducing costs.
Files can then be stored on a Personal Computer and backed-up on CD-ROM.
We are also able to convert Imaging films to high quality digital images, further liberating available office space
   
Coding Services:
Clinical coding is an essential process within the framework of an NHS Hospital. More than ever it is essential to make sure the correct diagnosis code (ICD 10) and procedure code (OPCS) is allocated to the patient episode. This ensures the correct revenue is collected for each procedure. Currently most NHS Hospitals have only a small allocation of staff to perform this essential process leading to delays in codes being released. This can lead to delays in payment cycles, and ultimately revenue gained by a Trust.

In addition, out-patient procedures codes are now being included in order to increase revenue. This has increased the workload on already over-worked coding staff within NHS Hospitals.
